Nice easy contact from start to finish. Talked us through the options until we decided what was right. When we were clearing the unit, we run into an issue about getting it cleared on time. Shannon went above expectations and spoke to a manager to arrange another option for us meaning we had more flexibility to vacate. 2nd time using you now and wouldn't hesitate in using you again. The staff at safestore have been amazing throughout.from the moment we went into the office to enquire about storage for my mom’s furniture due to her house sale, we were dealt with professionally and politely.
The staff take the time to find out what items need storing and then can advise on the size unit required and insurance details.
They managed to keep the unit on hold for me as firstly when we enquired we were unsure of what date we would need the storage from.they kept in regular contact through those first few months to find out if I had a date and assured me each time that when I did finally have a date, that a unit would be ready for us to use straight away.
We were able to access the unit out of hours when we needed to.using a fob to access the main gate and then into the building where we could park inside.the shutter in the building would close after a short time to ensure your personal safety.
The unit was very clean and was very accessible from the lifts.the trolleys are very useful for moving the items in and out of the unit and to the lifts.we cannot fault our experience with safestore storage and any queries we ever had were answered immediately.
We would highly recommend using safe store for short or long term storage solutions.
The opening deal of a reduced price would be brilliant for people who need only 1 months storage, but even after 1 month the prices are acceptable considering the quality of units available and the security in place.
Easy access from the motorway and woverhampton road made this our easy choice of storage.highly visible from the road and the security in place is extremely good.
If we had the money we would definitely have kept the storage unit on so are a little sad to leave.
Closure of the unit was not a problem at all and we received an email stating closure details and important closure dates.
Thank you to the manager and all the staff who helped us all the way.
