Staff are dismissive and unhelpful. The website says one thing but when you arrive it's a different story. When I first booked online I was informed I could move in within 3 days and then when I arrived they said I was a day early and had to come back. I have a fob that's supposed to give me access until 10pm and yet a few minutes last 6 it wasn't working. The prices are extortionate for a such a small space and honestly as I say, most importantly, the staff don't even seem to want to assist. Would not recommend.
Jenny and Rich have done an amazing job in showing me around the storage ! They were very friendly and very professional ! I recommend this storage place a lot !
