Date: 18 July 2026 I called today just before 12:00 because I urgently needed a part. The employee confirmed that they had it in stock, but then told me the shop was already closed, even though the advertised opening hours clearly state they are open until 12:30. When I pointed out that the shop was still supposed to be open, his response was: "Maybe we're open until 12:30, but we're cashing up." I find that unacceptable. If your business advertises that it's open until 12:30, customers should still be able to make a purchase during those opening hours. I live nearby and could have been there within 10 minutes, well before 12:30. Instead, I was refused service. The employee came across as rude, dismissive, and uninterested in helping. It felt like he simply wanted to finish work early rather than serve a customer. Very disappointing customer service. I hope the owner sees this review and reminds their staff that advertised opening hours should actually mean something, and that customers deserve to be treated with courtesy.

How ironic, everyone's negative reviews are unanimous, yet they still have a 4.1 rating.I visited at noon on Saturday.Through the glass, I could see a woman happily playing darts.The door was locked, with this sign posted on it.Interesting, does it also have this sign from Monday to Friday?Then how are people supposed to know when to come?This terrible attitude should be left to other friendly and hardworking people.What a bunch of lazyer

What a strange company, I entered the shop and waited at the counter for a few minutes but none of the three people in the room so much as acknowledged my presence. Maybe they just do not want to sell anything here.
