Mark was extremely helpful in getting my unit set up at very short notice and took the time to talk me through both the short- and long-term options available. The facility in Eastleigh feels safe, secure, and is in a convenient, easy-to-access location. I’m also a big fan of the app-controlled access — no keypad codes to remember or padlock keys to lose like with other storage units I’ve had in the past. Highly recommend having a chat with the team there if you are looking for storage in the Eastleigh area.
Absolutely recommend. The whole process from booking to moving our things into the unit was so smooth and simple which is so helpful and refreshing amongst the moving house chaos. Mark especially has been so incredibly helpful throughout, thank you again!
Safestore Eastleigh deserves 10 Stars, particularly Mark who always returns calls quickly, actually listens to and understands customer needs and goes the extra mile to provide customer satisfaction. The premises are always clean and tidy, security at gate, building and storage unit entry points is by app access which has to date never thrown up any issues. Additionally their pricing is highly competitive and they are happy to provide reduced long-term rental rates. Thank you all at Safestore for providing consistently high top notch service.
