I’ve had a really good experience with this company, especially as a student going through a stressful time moving in and out of different places - Mark at Eastleigh has been fantastic, super helpful and I feel like he goes above and beyond what you would normally expect for customer service. Everything is very easy to access, simple to understand and very clean and secure.
I had a great experience with James at Safestore. He was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and went out of his way to help wherever he could. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and he made the whole process straightforward and stress-free. Mark was extremely helpful in getting my unit set up at very short notice and took the time to talk me through both the short- and long-term options available. The facility in Eastleigh feels safe, secure, and is in a convenient, easy-to-access location. I’m also a big fan of the app-controlled access — no keypad codes to remember or padlock keys to lose like with other storage units I’ve had in the past.
