Fantastic service from the friendly team, found the whole experience straightforward and stress free. Self storage was very reasonable, looking forward to the removals and palletised storage in a few months. Very happy to support a great local business.
Dreadful, avoid using here. Unit was reserved and then not available on move in date, so they put us in a bigger one, which was fab. But, after that though it went constantly wrong, often they say that the computer isn't working in the office. Billing is a mess, was often wrong and I had to challenge them on it. They took incorrect amounts, didn't make amendments after trial period and then just took ot in one lump, and then tried to take more after I'd cancelled. And they bill every 4 weeks, literally, so your DD will be on a different date each month, and some months you'll have 2 taken.
We rented a storage unit while moving house, Foxes mad it easy for us with a straightforward process to register online and pay the initial deposit, and on our first visit we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff, who showed us around and talked us through what we needed to know.During our stay the staff have always been welcoming and friendly and happy to have a chat. They were happy for us to arrange items to be delivered to storage unit and they would give us a call when they arrived and keep safe until we arrived to place in our storage unit. On one occassion the staff opened up early for us as a delivery from a well known flatpack furnutre company had arrived very early and this had enabled us to put away rather then sit around for an hour which really helped.I would recomend Fox Self Storage for your storage needs, there friendly and helpful staff and easy access has made a wonderful experiance, and a bonus is close proximity to a coffee shop.
