The staff at Bath Safe Store Self storage were extremely friendly, patient, helpful and accommodating. I had an issue with my uber driver who refused to drop me off by the loading area but they graciously got me a trolley and helped me get my stuff to the bay. I must commend them on their friendliness when he said give a shout if you need, I really did feel comfortable enough to approach him for assistance if I needed it. Great customer service, hats off to them

Very good experience with them. Prices are reasonable, but more importantly the staff there were very helpful. In particular, John was extremely polite and welcoming, patient, and very transparent in explaining everything to me. They're quite flexible as you can access your locker whenever during your period, and everything there feels very safe.
