Really friendly and helpful guy who processed my parcel quickly.
Came twice without warning First.we.we were in but driver said we were out..second time we were out because we had no idea they were coming. After that we spent hours trying to talk to someone to arrange anything but there was no way to talk to anything but n AI call system. I hate this company. Not the drivers Not the warehouse staff Just the folk in charge Just the shareholders.
