Everything about this facility was fantastic. The first month is half price. Everything is done on an app and was very straight forward. Access is almost 24hrs a day. I was gonna borrow my friends wee trolley for the heavy stuff. They've got big trolleys there. They checked in early on to make sure Everything was OK. The customer service was excellent. Honestly, I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Wish every business worked like this.
Store and Go are the second storage company I've used and are light years ahead of my other experience. It was hard to get the size of storage I was after (presumably because they are well subscribed) but in advance of move in date they were happy to upgrade my unit for a bigger one when it became available. App worked well and the trollies they had on site were a huge help when moving our stuff in. Wouldn't go anywhere else if I needed storage in the future.
Very clean and safe storage. The owner/manager was always very prompt in getting back to me regarding any questions that I had and when I asked to move to a smaller unit, he was very accommodating. Should I need storage again, this will be my first port of call.
