My experience with Barking safestore has been no less that fantastic. I was greeted by a fantastic and supportive staff member, Nicola W. Nicola spent the time getting to the know my reason for storage and gave me a detailed explanation of the storage’s they supply. On top of this I was shown around the facilities to get familiar with the spaces available. Nicola also went out of her way to compare other competitors and provided me with a competitive cost to make my decision easier. As you can imagine moving is a stressful and tiring process and the service Nicola provided made matters for me easier and smoother which I can’t thank her enough! I would highly recommend using Barking storage for their care and attention for customers. 5 star service!

Absolutely outstanding service at Safestore Dagenham. The site is spotless, well maintained, and feels extremely secure, but the real standout is the customer service. Nikola was genuinely amazing incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She took the time to explain all the options, answered every question, and made the whole experience effortless. It’s rare to come across someone who cares this much about doing a great job. Thanks to Nikola, Safestore Dagenham is easily the best storage facility I’ve used. Couldn’t recommend it highly enough!
