Didn’t deliver to my house when in the first time, asked to collect and still put it on the van. To then drive to collect and be told it’s out for delivery, asked for it to be left but taken back to depot….1/4 tank of petrol later as I live 20miles away from this collection point! Absolutely disgusting service….DHL are not worth using or touching with a barge pole because you can ring them direct and there tracking info is always late. And they’ve lost 2 packages in the past! Just as bad as Royal Mail avoid at all costs! Constant disappointments!
We were scheduled to receive a delivery today between 9.23 and 10.23, there is some roadwork happening further down the road from our house and the road there is closed further down. The road is NOT closed to our house. The delivery did not arrive, the e-mail from DHL said that the driver could not gain access and the recorded message on their phone system said that there was no one at home. This is all lies. Why would you choose to use dishonest companies.
Driver was rude and took my package away even though I said my wife was in and to wait 1 minutes please. He didn't even wait 30 seconds
