Once I found the place, took two trips, a young chap Josh helped me no end, I hadn’t quite got the layout of the address correct, as sending to Japan. He got it all in Order, showed me how to track. Let me know when it would arrive. & wished me a pleasant weekend. Excellent customer service thank you. DHL up your game & at least put a sign at the entrance, not just a sticker on the door you couldn’t possibly see from the road.
I have to use this safestore for a stock collection for work. Reece, josh and jermain go out if their way, if needing help. Also just so very polite, attentive. Would definitely use this store if I had personal items to store.These 3 make my stock collection a breeze and they actually get to know you as a person and you feel welcomed and respected.Keep up the good work boys
We wanted some storage space to keep our sons belongings untill he was able to move into his new home. From the initial phone call to book a space to the end of the contract all of the staff were excellent. The complete place was spotless, the unit we rented looked as if it was new. When ever we were on site there was always a parking space and trolleys available. We were on the first floor but that was no problem as the lift was always working and easily accesible. If I ever need it again I will use Safestore.

After enquiring about a quote, they were brilliant at keeping in touch and calling me straight away, which made the whole process feel smooth and professional from the start.When I visited the location, the service got even better, such a great personal touch, and everything was explained clearly with no pressure at all. The team were courteous, attentive, and genuinely helpful, which made the whole customer experience feel easy and stress-free.A special mention to Reece (Store Manager) and Josh, both were excellent, friendly, and really went the extra mile.
