Website does not reflect true opening times, this storage area is within another locked area which other businesses use/own, the whole site is closed for two weeks at Christmas because they are not working so can not open up the main gates which allow access to these gates, this was not on the website or explained. First floor containers aren't worth £147.00 a month, the access is cumbersome as you have to move and return a huge steel step, the ally one's are much easier, have been in the removals industry for ten years so seen many facilities but nothing like this. Worst of all when I fed this back to Tom the owner he just laughed at me, as there was no way of having Saturday access to move out in one go in a van had to do it all by car.
I rented a storage unit from Frary Storage for over 2 years to hold furniture etc from a house move. Location is great with it being just off the A12. Would highly recommend.
Brilliant storage facility with great access just off of A12! Tom and the team are very accommodating and couldn’t be more helpful. Very secure facility at a very good price.
