Using ready steady store was a great experience. I had no problems at all. Gareth was always helpful, and he made the moving in and out experience all the easier. The app worked well, too. Not having to bring your own padlock or keys was another big plus for me.
Customer service was excellent from start to finish. Gareth and Tom were friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything to me, more than once if needed! They answered all my questions and made the whole process as simple and stress-free as it could be.The site itself was clean, secure and easy to access, with lots of parking. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for a reliable place to store their items.
Really happy with Ready Steady Store Aylesbury, we were really impressed with the service we had from Gareth from start to finish he was extremely efficient and very nice to deal with. Happily recommend to anyone and would use again should we need storage, it was clean and easily accessed securely.
This is my first experience with a storage company and from day one Gareth has been extremely helpful and willing to answer any queries I had. He is a very personable and a friendly guy as well as a good laugh when we talk about random rubbish and try to put the world to rights 🤣He is a credit to the company for face to face interaction when in reality your interaction with most storage services would be between you, a locked gate and a storage unit.I wish more companies had friendly and helpful staff like Gareth. Give the man a payrise!
