Absolutely appalling service. Turned up today to use my booked storage unit only to find it’s on the first floor and the lift is out of action – something they never bothered to mention online or in TWO phone calls I had with them beforehand. Asked to be moved to their Aylesbury site but they refused to honour the price. Asked to cancel and now I’ve got to wait 3 days for a refund, leaving me stuck and unable to pay for storage elsewhere. Completely unacceptable and dishonest.
I’ve had such a great experience with Ready Steady Store – everything went just as promised, with no unexpected issues or delays. I especially want to thank Anouska, who’s been absolutely amazing from day one. She made the whole process so easy and stress-free, and she’s still going out of her way to help with the day-to-day stuff. Everything has been perfect so far, and I genuinely recommend Ready Steady Store. The service has been excellent, and Anouska’s support has really made all the difference.
Great service and the lovely lady at reception cannot do enough for you. The whole team here have been great and the value for money is exceptional. If you want hassle free storage that works for you this is the place to go!!!
