**DO NOT RELY ON THIS COMPANY TO HONOUR YOUR BOOKING**I rarely leave negative reviews, but the service we received from this company was completely unacceptable.We booked a taxi two weeks in advance for Saturday 11th July 2026 to collect us from a wedding in the countryside. We even contacted the company the day before to confirm that everything was still booked and were assured there were no issues.Then, just 30 minutes before our scheduled collection, we received a text message stating that they had no drivers available and that a refund had been processed. We tried to call them but after asking if anything could be done to rectify it the lady on the phone simply put the phone down. Another attempt to call went unanswered.That was it. No phone call, no apology, no attempt to find an alternative vehicle, and no concern whatsoever for the fact that they had left two adults and two children stranded in the middle of nowhere late in the evening.Because the booking was cancelled so late, every other local taxi company was either fully booked or unable to help. What should have been a simple journey home turned into an incredibly stressful and worrying experience.A booking made two weeks in advance, and confirmed again the day before, should mean something. If a taxi company cannot honour confirmed bookings, especially with virtually no notice, then customers simply cannot rely on them.Issuing a refund does not make up for leaving a family stranded. Reliability is the most important part of a taxi service, and on this occasion they failed completely.I would strongly advise anyone who has an important event, airport transfer, wedding or family occasion to think very carefully before relying on this company.
1 star is too kind !!!!WORST TAXI COMPANY EVER - dropped us in the wrong location and tried to gaslight us even though we have a email proof. Also very expensive taxi in the first place and poor poor communication and very rude shouty driver. Also the driver then tried to trick us by giving us a different company to call to ask for help.NEVER RECOMMEND- save your time and money.Proof of location and booking attached
Tried to book through the app, I couldn't get it to give me a quote so that was suspicious from the off. Tried calling the number on the website, all I could hear in the background was screaming kids, could barely hear the guy I was supposed to be talking to about a booking/quote. Sent a payment link and still no quoted amount for my journey, just wanted my payment details. Huge red flag in my opinion, it screams scammers.
