This is fraud , took my payment never sent me taxi, I called many times but the dumb lady over the phone ignored my calls.. also denied that I paid when it was clearly showing my payment was successful and they have dispatched the taxi. Waited waited waited Very bad 👎 Fraud If I could I would give zero but had no choice. PLEASE DONT BOOK WITH THEM. FRAUD
DO NOT BOOK WITH ENROUTE TAXIS. Booked a taxi to take me home on New Years at 12:45am two weeks in advance. Not even 2hrs before it was due to arrive, i received a text saying the taxi isn’t coming. It said the drivers are independent contractors so they have a right to refuse work. If they had let me know prior, this wouldn’t have been an issue, except i was stuck without a way home at 1am. I also pre-paid for the taxi using the app which contains no details of a refund policy. I will now be attempting to contact them to request for a refund. Nearly ruined my night
Called last night to book a taxi this morning for a four mile journey that is usually £8-10 as the normal company I use were fully booked. The woman said it would be £21 and I said "Surely not?" in shock and she just hung up on me without any further conversation. I was actually so surprised as I used them once before and they were alright but definitely will not consider using them again. There is only one taxi company in Northampton worth using and it isn't this one!!
Poor service from enroute.They charged us £46 from Geddington to Northampton, this was apparently with a 23% discount which is advertised on their phone call service.I have been paying between £25-£30 per journey for my staff, so to be charged nearly double the price is horrendous. And when questioned they told me it’s because they are a northampton business. She didn’t believe me when I said other companies are also from Northampton and not charging that price so I’ll leave evidence in a photo.Will not be using again for my staff.
