Great friendly company to deal with from my 1st contact with Becky. I was kept informed throughout the booking. On the day the team arrived nice & early they kept checking with me while packing they were nice & friendly. A 5* process from initial booking to end of removals.
I have just started my 2nd year at the new Porters self storage at Railway View. The two ladies in reception, Becky and Elaine are very helpful and always greet you with a smile. The other staff members (the porters) are equally as friendly and will make you a brew if they have the time. The facilities are excellent. Two toilets including disabled for customer use. There is also a well equipped kitchen for visitors to use Opening from 8am till 5-30 six days a week. 10 till 2 pm on Sundays. Security is high Everything is clean and well presented. They also offer good discounts for the units on start up
We used this storage facility for nearly a year, moving from medium to large and then to small units. The changes to our contract were handled quickly and with no fuss. Refund on our unused contract was sorted with no problems.
We’ve used PorterStore twice in the last few years and found them 100% excellent. Clean, modern and efficient with great facilities and staff. No need to shop around for the cheapest……these are the best value storage units in the Chorley/Adlington/Horwich area.
