Rented a 75sq ft unit while in the process of moving home, then downgraded to 20sq ft.This storage space was a life saver, clean, staff professional and polite, easy to sign up, downsize and eventually close the account.If you need storage space, I highly recommend Porterstore
Fantastic service and very helpful staff.We have had an outside container for well over 6 years and during that time the office staff have always been helpful and cheerful. Last year our container was moved from the old to the new area, this was done by the warehouse team, wrapping and moving our shelves. They listened to my instructions and everything was moved with good humour and understanding of our needs. Many times I personally have struggled opening and closing the heavy doors and fastening the lock back on, a cheerful voice asking 'do you need a hand' has so often been gratefully heard and accepted. It has been a real pleasure to have had such excellent service from all, many thanks 20th Bolton Guides
