The Storage Works provided us with excellent storage for a large house move - so that we could downsize without worry. Very easy to book the right size storage. Really good hours of opening (compared to some of the larger national companies) and very good access to the units. Our unit was immaculately clean. On site security is also good. It is easy to contact staff for queries, and they reply to emails. I would highly recommend this company! Thanks all.
As an old fellow, using a storage facility was a totally new adventure for me, as was moving home 250 miles. One of the reasons I chose The Storage Works, was because their prices were readily available on their website without having to go through a lengthy registration etc just to find out what should be transparent, and their prices are very reasonable. The Wigan unit that I used was easy to find, and gain access, very clean and inviting, with on-site toilets, ideal for someone that drinks a lot of tea ;-) The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, oh, and patient, I think I did mention I'm bit old ;-) And I feel I should give an extra shout out to Sam who has been the main one guiding me along this adventure from the beginning. Thank you all. Also a special mention to the on site team that helped a smooth unload and eventual reload of my junk (as the wife calls it), see photo....
I have used The Storage Works for over a year and have nothing but positive things to say. Great facilities. Easy and responsive with communication. All round good experience. Would definitely recommend and will be back for any future storage needs!!
