The team at The Storage Works are great, helpful, friendly and very well informed. The units are a variety of sizes and the site is well lit and secure with key codes being needed to enter and exit as well as quick response times in the event you accidentally set your alarm off! I had a unit for just over 6 months and I can't recommend them highly enough.
Easy to use storage facility. I didn’t need regular access to my stuff, was pleased with the security and CCTV surveillance on the place, really swift administrative response and easy to change unit when I realise I needed a bigger size when I went to view. Would recommend going to view the unit to see the size as in my head it felt bigger than it actually was. Staff really good at helping you on the viewing by telephone guiding you round to different vacant units to view size as they can see you on CCTV 👍🏼 First floor wasn’t my first choice but needed bigger unit and it was all that was available. I wasn’t the one doing the heavy lifting but from observation it does take longer to move things into the lift and into the loading bay so factor this in for timings!
The Storage Works provided us with excellent storage for a large house move - so that we could downsize without worry. Very easy to book the right size storage. Really good hours of opening (compared to some of the larger national companies) and very good access to the units. Our unit was immaculately clean. On site security is also good. It is easy to contact staff for queries, and they reply to emails. I would highly recommend this company! Thanks all.
