We have been storing our son's furniture with Barn Store until he managed to get his own place. What orginally was going to be a few months turned into 4 years. We have had no issues and the storage facility was ideal. Jane who dealt with us was always very helpful and professional. We would recommend Barn Store to anyone who needs to make use of this sort of facility.
We used the Barn Store in Fareham to store furniture whilst we having some work done on our property.The service was fantastic and the unit was secure and easy to use. We were also able to use the company's van as part of our agreement, which was extremely useful.Jane in particular was very helpful, replying to our queries quickly and making it super straightforward to get set up.We'd definitely use the Barn Store again, and I'd recommend them to anyone in the area.
Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Genuinely superb service from this storage company. My wife and I moved house from a lovely two bed house to a run down 3 bed project in August 24 and needed to find somewhere relatively local and competitively priced to store most of our things very quickly. We couldn't have picked a better place. The service was world class from the get go. The storage facility was excellently maintained, very, very secure, easy to find, easy to access and the communication from the management was fantastic. Any issues or questions we had were answered sufficiently and swiftly every single time. Jane and her team are brilliant and I will not hesitate to use Barn store Fareham again in the future. We stored a half sized container of belongings with Barn Store for 11-years while we went traveling for an extended period across oceans aboard a sailboat. Jane and Martin provide a super facility to store things: dry indoor environment, secure and flexible. Easy for clients to access their stored items using automatic and secure system even outside of normal office hours. We heartily recommend Barn Store whether for short term or long term storage.
