I can't fault Wigwam from the point of signing up to moving in, everything was smooth and hassle free. The security app for admission to the site is intuitive, and so user friendly. I have one of the smaller units at just 25 square feet, but it's surprising how much you can get in with ease. I've since got a lot more in freeing up space at home for things I only occasionally need. Wigwam are highly recommended by me!

I can not fault the service given by all of the team at Wigwam, right from the outset everything was made easy and I signed up and moved in within 6 hours. The facility surpassed my expectations. I totally recommend this service to anybody looking for self storage Well done and thank you to all of the team at Wigwam

Everyone I spoke to before leasing my unit was incredibly friendly. I had a tour of the site via phone so I knew what to do and expect. I was very impressed everything is via the app and that side of things is very responsive and I have had no issues so far. They even play the radio in there.

The telephone staff are very friendly and efficient, helped me when I set the alarm off (oops), they provide very good service both prior to renting a unit and during the rental period. They helped me decide on the right size unit by letting me access to view the various sizes and shapes. They talked me through the entering and exiting the facility. Jess was outstanding dealing with all the paperwork quickly and me being forgetful and dim. Thank you very much, hopefully I won't set any alarms off again
