I needed a mid/long term storage let while moving house and waiting to buy, and this company was exactly what I was looking for. The 20ft container was clean, dry, and easily large enough to store all of my furniture. I have a lot of oak furniture and was worried about moisture but these containers are fully insulated and vented so my furniture will be safe!The customer service was excellent from start to finish, Lorraine was friendly, helpful, and very professional. The storage yard is secure and has gated access, which gave me real peace of mind.On top of that, the rates were very competitive compared to other options I looked at. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing safe, reliable storage during a move or just for storage in general. 10/10! ☺️

In my view - they are untrustworthy and have questionable practices.There are plenty of reputable and respectful companies out there, so I would avoid these and go for one of those.
