Very helpful staff, corresponded with Will who responded in a timely and efficient manner. Easy to sort, even for a first time storage user like myself and great to have 24hr access. Wasn't keen on the lift as it was a bit screechy, but it was easy enough to load the lift then walk up the stairs and call it up to unload. Prompt repayment of the deposit once the account was closed.
Lift rarely works. When it does work there’s an awful metallic screeching noise. Have complained on several occasions but never even get a response to phone calls or emails. People get stuck in the lift. There is no heating or air conditioning so it’s like a sauna in the summer & freezing cold in the Winter.
Thus is a convenient self store between Watford and Rickmansworth. V/Good customer service from Will the designated site manager, good communication and pleasant attitude. The facilities are modern and clean and the admin is transparent and detailed. No hidden charges. Good access off the main road with designated parking.
Trustworthy and professional response from Nick who was very helpful when our move plans cratered three weeks before our scheduled storage date. Easy to deal with and responsive. Hopefully they have availability when we get our move back on track Would definitely recommend Watford Self- Storage,
