Fantastic. Polite, help staff especially the manager. Even helped clear the road after commercial dumping in the access road. 1st time it's occurred. Always smiling and helpful. Units, public areas and facilities always clean. Access is 24hrs, all app controlled. Only small down side is the app access page has half the screen covered in site details logo.

I’ve been using The Self Storage Company for a while now, and the service has been consistently excellent. Peter and the team deserve particular recognition — they’re always friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and they’ve supported me with flexibility and clear communication whenever I’ve needed it.The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access, which gives real peace of mind. It’s rare to find a storage company that combines great people with great service, but this one does. Highly recommended.
