An outstanding, cost-effective service from start to finish. They were incredibly warm and helpful, especially as I had never used this kind of company before. They gave essential advice, and did whatever they could to save me money and find the right size unit based on my ever-changing descriptions. I hope they get to read this and understand just how integral they were to me moving house, and how cared for I felt throughout the whole process. Thank you!
I stored my belongings here for a little over six months and was very impressed with the whole experience. The staff are genuinely lovely people always polite, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile. The facility itself is clean, secure, and well looked after. It’s clear they take great care in maintaining the place. Access to my unit was easy and convenient, and the storage areas have everything you need to organise and use your space comfortably.The pricing is reasonable, insurance is available, and the system is flexible if you ever want to move to a larger or smaller unit the team were always ready to assist with that.The only thing I personally missed was longer opening hours, as the facility closes relatively early and isn’t open on weekends. Apart from that, everything was excellent, and I was very happy with my time here.I would definitely recommend this storage facility.
Richard, Oliver and his team have been incredibly helpful throughout my encounter with them. The storage is secure and easily accessible. They are always quick to respond whenever you contact them. Will definitely be back if I ever require any storage again. Highly recommend!!!
We feel very lucky that Store That is so near to where we live as it such a great storage facility. The rates are competitive and the units are a really good space and very clean. On top of all of that, the staff are super helpful. We mainly deal with Oliver, who answers all our questions quickly and couldn't be more friendly and professional.
