I have been storing my belongings at Big Bear Storage for the past six months, and I couldn't be more satisfied. Sarah is incredibly helpful and flexible, even accommodating me outside of normal hours. Update on last review as we have now moved everything out of storage. Sarah has been very flexible and supportive with all the visits and interim moves - the process can be stressful but Sarah ensured this was not the case and even helped to move the last car load home which was hugely appreciated! I would absolutely recommend Sarah to anyone needed storage solutions - she is such a lovely lady and I’m not convinced you’d get such a professional warm service elsewhere . Five stars !!!

Sarah maintained a PO Box facility for me for 2 years while I was travelling. I was able to contact her by WhatsApp or Phone and always had a really fast response. I could collect/have mail sent on at request/or held as needed. Sarah provided an excellent service and I would highly recommend her for any temporary postal needs however short or long.

A customer for last 2+ years and have been fully satisfied with the locker service. Sarah (owner) has been available for my locker access when required. The locker suits my needs and is very reasonably priced. Customer service is faultless. Would highly recommend.
