My wife and recently moved to Tunbridge Wells (September 2024) and being new to the area, I was looking for an MOT centre for my wife’s 2013 Honda Jazz. After seeing various recommendations on Facebook and then reading their excellent Google reviews, I chose Tunbridge Wells MOT Ltd. Wow, what I can say , they really did not fail to disappoint. I booked online very easily via their user friendly website and attended on 06.02.25 at 9am. I was greeted by Shannon at reception / front desk who was very warm and welcoming and also Dave , one of the MOT testers. They immediately calmed my nerves as prior to attending, I noticed early morning one of the side light bulbs of my wife’s car was not working and I did not have time to go to Halfords to purchase a replacement because of traffic. Dave stated it was no problem at all and he would be happy to fit one. I waited in their reception room whilst the MOT was being done and it was all completed swiftly by 09:35 hours and passed with no advisories. I highly recommend customers use this garage as their “go to” garage in Kent/ Tunbridge Wells for their MOTs. They are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and provide an excellent, HONEST service and don’t say “this needs doing , that needs fixing etc “ which other car garages do. Both Shannon and Dave are excellent and I am very grateful to them. I will be taking my own 17 year old BMW 3 series to them for its MOT which is due in October 2025 as I know it will be in safe hands and that this MOT garage is very honest —thank you once again Shannon and Dave!
We've been twice in their shop. The first time we were suspecting a transmission or shift problem. The staff checked it and confirmed that the car is OK. When we asked for the bill, they've responded that it was for free and wished us a safe drive. Yesterday we have realized that our front lights are not working. The replacement took less then twenty minutes and it cost us 20 pounds! Quick, professional team. I recommend them whole heartedly.
