I am in the process of getting my house ready for sale and am de-cluttering. I phoned SureStore and spoke to an extremely helpful young man called Brandon and following that conversation made the decision to use SureStore in Stevenage. I went there yesterday and met two very professional and helpful people (Aaron and Crystal). Because of how personable these people were I have taken out a 6 month tenancy starting in a couple of days time (June 1st) and look forward very much to using this facility.
Aaron was so incredibly helpful when we went in to see him. It’s our first time using storage so we’re unsure on sizes of units, but he went above and beyond - was so informative and knowledgeable, and was more than willing to show us around and explain how everything works. 10/10 for Aaron!
Excellent customer service, clean and well maintained. Staff are fantastic, Crystal and Aaron were very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend
