The service and help from this company is fantastic. Smooth process and such a helpful attitude. Would throughly recommend.
Security is very good.However after a few months our things were mostly destroyed by damp and moisture. Absolutely gutted.Poorly vented containers not fit for household items for storage. Sofa had to go in bin. Along with ornaments that needed batteries due to corrosion.
We rented a medium size unit to store furniture during work on the house. Staff were really helpful and approachable. Easy access within agreed times. When we were ready to hand the unit back, the process was really easy and efficient. Prices were slightly better than other local storage companies and the shorter 'notice' period made Dainton the best option for us. We would definitely use again.
