Not usually one for reviews but I recently visited Shurgard Basingstoke as I’m in need of some storage in the near future. I was met with a pleasant lady called Paulette who was very welcoming and professional. She explained the process very thoroughly and her knowledge is excellent. She really did help put me at ease and make what is a stressful time seem a little smoother with her kind and warming nature. Nothing was too much trouble for her and any questions she was more than happy to answer. I’m not sure when I will need the unit yet but I will ensure I come back to Shurgar due to all the wonderful staff, easy process, great location and fair prices.After speaking with my daughter it turns out she also had the pleasure of dealing with Paulette when she used this storage back when it was Lok’n’store. Paulette is clearly a memorable and lovely member of staff who is a great asset to the team and deserves a special bonus/pay rise or something! Thank you Paulette!!
I popped into Shurguard Self Storage today and Chris was absolutely brilliant. He was so helpful, reassuring, and took the time to explain everything clearly, making the whole process really easy and stress-free. Nothing felt like too much trouble and I left feeling confident.Highly recommend using these guys – and definitely go find Chris if you can!
We required a short term unit as had a new garden shed installed and needed somewhere to store the contents. The Shurgard staff were very helpful. The costs and booking process were very easy. We would definitely use them again.
