Very good service. I turned up looking to downgrade my storage. Edward was very helpful and showed me round what my new unit would be.
Absolutely rubbish organisation, no out of hours service for any on going issues, the lift has been out of order for over a week and all of my belongings are in storage that I have no access to, no other way to get to my storage unit. Managers are useless when you call them. Completely regret ever using Shurgard. Will never use this service ever again. I am supposed to have access to my belongings and I don't! Avoid Caversham road Shurgard at all cost save yourself from the stress they have caused, been over one week that the lifts haven't operated, complete joke of a company
This is the first time we have used Shurguard and I cannot recommend them enough. I took out a Unit and upon arriving with the items I wanted to store, we quickly realised it was not big enough. They promptly sorted me out a larger unit with no drama. I have to give a shout out to Karen who helped me get the account set up quickly and efficiently. She is always so friendly and helpful.
