Beware, it's a huge scam!!! No payment has been taken, yet they charge us for an extra padlock every month for late payment, and each time they tell us it's a technical problem!!!When we try to settle our account, the payment is refused on their website.If you want to get your money stolen, go ahead and try them without hesitation!!!They're scammers!!!
We rented a 16m² storage unit online. The instructions were clear, except for the omission of one or more tokens for the trolleys. When we arrived at 7:00 PM to drop off our belongings (a large, full truck) due to a move, the provided code didn't work. I called the number listed, left a message on the answering machine, and left a message through the app, but no one called me back. Luckily, two people opened the main gate for us and kindly gave us the access code for the gate, the elevators, and the room where the trolleys were located. These people helped us unload everything to speed things up, as we also needed the code to exit. It wasn't until the next day around 9:00 AM that Annexx called me back. The person apologized and said they would try to compensate us, but we haven't heard anything since... otherwise, the storage units are new, well-located, and well-lit at night. The procedure for changing the padlock code is clearly explained. However, it's better to take a ground-floor unit if you have a lot of belongings; it's quicker to unload, and the trolleys are too small.
I highly recommend Annexx: convenient location, modern facilities, and a great deal. But what really made the difference was the exemplary support from Maxime, the on-site manager. His professionalism, kindness, and availability were decisive factors in my decision to rent a large storage unit. Customer service like you rarely see.
Excellent service! The team is welcoming, professional, and always available to answer questions. The facilities are clean, secure, and easily accessible. The rental process was quick and without any unpleasant surprises. I highly recommend this self-storage center for its excellent customer service and the peace of mind it provides.
