Absolutely outraged and very dissatisfied.1) I paid for January.2) In January, I was harassed about setting up direct debit for the following months. 3) And I was blackmailed => no payment, no access to my storage unit IN JANUARY!!! OUTRAGEOUS! => I'M A SECOND-CLASS CUSTOMER, BEING THREATEN abusively. 4) Today, February 1st, Sunday, I went to the storage unit => invalid access code DUE TO A PAYMENT INCIDENT. 5) I set up the direct debit, so if there's a problem, it's their fault. 6) I called, the manager told me he doesn't work on Sundays => NEITHER DO I, BUT I AM A CUSTOMER. I PAID for February via credit card link. So what? 7) REGULATION WITHIN 24 HOURS 🛑🛑🛑What kind of customer service is this that: 1) threatens me 2) blackmails me 3) prevents me from accessing my files 4) forces me to pay by credit card, but I'm sure the charge will come through at the same time... Unbelievable!5) And it takes 24 hours to unlock internet access in 2026???? This is ridiculous.Very unhappy!Plus, my visit was for an EMERGENCY!WHEN YOU NEED PROBLEMS, COME TO ANNEXX. At least they're good.

Excellent service. Thank you to Naili who handled our case with great professionalism!Furthermore, it's very convenient to be able to access the storage unit until 11 pm. I will definitely use Annexx again if I need to rent a unit.

Hello, Sir or Madam. I thought there wasn't an online store at this address. But how can I get them to take action? They don't answer the phone, they don't respond to emails. I haven't been able to contact them directly. I still haven't received my refund. I'm very disappointed. 😭
