Aramisauto: Where to begin…I bought a car for €13,000. Just two weeks after picking it up, I noticed it was leaking oil. I immediately contacted customer service, who kept transferring me between Aramisauto's after-sales service and the Opteven warranty. I must have spoken to at least 15 different people, without any real clear resolution. Finally, I was sent to an Aramisauto partner garage (even though I specifically requested one that worked with them). The garage kept the car for four days, then told me they couldn't do the repair because they don't work on gearboxes. It was at this point that I was also informed there was an engine AND gearbox leak—for a car that was supposedly checked and serviced, that's unbelievable. The problem started on October 24, 2025, and wasn't resolved until December 22, 2025. The result: €2,600 in repairs for a car that was supposed to have been serviced before the sale… it's almost laughable.Obviously, a car is meant to be driven, but with a gearbox leak, it's strongly advised against using it to avoid serious damage. The after-sales service's response:"You have to stop driving the car." Thanks for the information… but in that case, how am I supposed to get around? They finally offered me a loaner car for €30 per day, but only for a week, on the condition that I rent the vehicle myself and pay upfront, nearly €600. Yes, it's reimbursed… but not everyone can afford to pay such a sum upfront, especially given the current economic climate.I could say a lot more, but I'll stop there.Honestly, I would have preferred to give my money to more professional and, above all, more honest people. To sum it up: two months to resolve the problem, that's all. However, I do want to thank Margaux for her kindness, professionalism, and dedication, especially for approving the repair estimate, which took two to three weeks. Without her intervention, it probably would have taken even longer.Conversely, some people from customer service even implied that the problems might have originated with me. Of course… I do rally driving in my spare time with my Renault Talisman, everyone knows that. Finally, I'll remind you that it was a gearbox and engine leak. Not to mention that I ended up buying cans of oil to fill what looked more like a sieve than a car. It's really quite a pleasure having to constantly check my oil level to avoid breakdowns.I should also mention that I was finally reimbursed for the oil containers thanks to Margaux, as the person initially in charge of this never replied to my emails. Once again, thank you Margaux for your professionalism, especially considering this was normally a matter for customer service. In conclusion, I think there's a serious lack of professionalism among many people at this company.I'll have to wait and see if Aramisauto offers me any compensation for all the problems encountered, the inconvenience caused, and the two months of wasted time.Sincerely, Mr. Debrabander
