Paying three times the price because you have proof of address and you're a foreigner, only to end up with a storage unit that's not even the size you rented, with two bars filled with plaster, I find that outrageous and humiliating. But hey, in Bordeaux, anything is possible.
I'm very happy to have left my furniture with Annexx. The premises are clean and secure. The team is welcoming and always ready to help, making the process quick and easy. Access to the storage unit is convenient, even on weekends, and everything is well organized. The prices are reasonable, giving you peace of mind. I recommend them without hesitation!
I spoke with someone three weeks before my move to book a box. We setup an appointment for the morning my furniture was arriving. When I visited (my moving truck was waiting), they didn't have my booking or any documentation of who I spoke with or my appointment. Luckily, I had a French speaker with me since the staff didn't speak English. In the end, the staff was extremely helpful and we sorted everything out.
