A very bad experience at Annexx.The reception is far from professional: the receptionist is frequently absent, forcing customers to wait without any information. During my appointment, she even returned with her daughter, which is inappropriate in a professional setting.The service is deplorable, with a clear lack of professionalism and respect for customers. I do not recommend this establishment.
The place is clean and secure; I've been a customer for several months. The person who manages the place is friendly and very professional. However, there's a major drawback, which I'd like to address to the person above her: the price increase sent by email is incorrect. I don't mind paying more, but for months now there have been frequent and unpredictable problems with the app: the door codes don't work, and the gate won't open. So, I'm willing to pay more, but make sure everything works. Having 24/7 access when it ultimately depends on the whims of technology is becoming really annoying, especially when at the end of the year I'm adding almost €150 to what I paid last year. Offering premium rates is fine, but ensure the quality matches the quality. (See attached photo from March 22, 2026, showing the app malfunctioning again; the code reader is broken.)
Reasonable prices, easy self service use. If you need a storage place in Pau and area, you should definitely check this one out
