A warm welcome, spotless facilities, clean storage units and common areas (hallways, stairs, etc.). Access to the site is via badge, and there's a large sectional door for unloading personal belongings. Equipment is provided for lifting, moving, and cleaning the unit if needed. A major advantage of the unit is that it's completely protected from the elements, especially from temperature fluctuations between summer and winter. Everything I stored there didn't get moldy or suffer any damage.I highly recommend it.

I needed a storage unit for my furniture. No complaints whatsoever; the unit was clean, with a hand truck and pallets available, and secure access. Flexible hours and access. Katia is really kind; she explained everything to me and was always available. Thank you so much, I highly recommend them!

After 6 years of renting, I think I'm well-placed to give my opinion :) The staff is very helpful and welcoming. The storage units are secure and clean. Access to the units is easy, and the tools provided are very useful. Thank you for these years :,)

Storage space in a quiet, easily accessible location (in Laroin, near Pau). Excellent communication, both by phone and email. The person in charge of reception was always responsive, friendly, and clear in providing information and instructions. Both the start and end of the contract were smooth, without any unpleasant surprises. I would definitely use this site again if needed.
