A warm welcome, a pleasant phone conversation, good advice, and excellent follow-up. I recommend them.
A very good experience with Annexx. I rented the unit for three weeks at a very good price. It was very easy to access and use, with a simple code to open and secure the unit and a padlock to close it. Just one small point: the freight elevator isn't very fast, so you need to be a little patient, especially if other people are there at the same time and are blocking the doors to avoid calling the elevator back! Unfortunately, inconsiderate behavior is everywhere!
My experience wasn’t very good , if you live abroad and you are looking for a storage unit without a french address forget about them Management told me that after I paid and signed contract . told me they cancelled my contract but no further info regarding my refund I had to call a second time to get answers. lack of empathy too (it was to store my parent’s furniture after they both passed away and I live in England for the past eight years) I’ve managed to find a solution closer to my parents flat and for cheaper and nicer manners
