Excellent customer service. The team was very helpful with my remote installation. Thanks again.
We prefer to go on public holidays to avoid the traffic since we live 70km away. The second-to-last time, we got stuck in the elevator. We called the company from inside the elevator, and they told us they couldn't do anything because it was a public holiday. Luckily, the other customers, being good Samaritans, did everything they could to get us out, 80cm off the ground. We, along with other customers, had to unload our belongings by hand. We went on December 25th, again to avoid the traffic, and to our surprise, once we arrived, the access code didn't work. You can imagine our frustration. There was no on-call service, no assistance, no phone number to call for help. And yet, it's written in large print and visible 24/7. I'd really like an explanation... Avoid this place at all costs. I absolutely do not recommend it. If I could, I'd give it zero stars...
Thanks to Mégane from Sucy who called me back immediately after I started a preliminary application online. She reassured me about my doubts regarding storage space and helped me find the best solution. Looking back, I'm so glad I paid the €20 application fee so she could explain everything and manage the last-minute contracts so efficiently! I highly recommend her.
