Easy access to the storage unit, app for site entry, trolleys available. The staff at reception are friendly and professional. There are boxes available at reception. Cameras everywhere. I recommend this self-storage facility.

If I could give zero stars... Since they stopped offering à la carte storage, there's been no quality whatsoever, just price increases. Run away immediately! Amateurs! Your belongings aren't safe. Broken barrier. Gate wide open. Staff unreachable. This is going to stay open for days. It's shameful to pay for security that doesn't exist. Update: The barrier to the second storage unit remained open all of December 24th, all of December 25th, and probably part of December 26th! The door to the back warehouse (roller shutter type) remained open all of December 24th and 25th, rendering the alarm completely useless... a disgrace! Impossible to reach ANYONE! We pay for a non-existent service, and look what I get after my complaint and review (a price increase! Happy New Year!).

Good service from day one. Well-worth the price. Clean and secure. Easy to access storage and parking. Large garage door type entry facilitating all size vehicles to pull right into the entryway to minimize the effort required to get items to and from storage. Your own code to access the parking lot and storage almost 24/7. ... A heads up... Read the agreement in the beginning about how to check out and go ahead and put down a second name immediately to give access to your storage in case of emergencies etc. ... One negative point = checkout. If it's empty and then i call and say it's empty, that should be enough to end the agreement. ... It's probably and industry standard but they say in the fine print that you must provide 15 days notice in writing in order to end the automatic drafts. ... When you are apartment hunting and moving this isn't something you can always know 15 days in advance. It seems a way of getting an extra half-month of rent which is nickel-and-diming in my opinion. Also in the fine print ,and important to know,...they require you to be present to "prove the box is empty." You can reach out to them to allow a person of your choosing permission to access your box for the "état de lieux"(check out inspection) . ... These details SEEM to be designed to prolong the billing process because it definitely can never benefit the customer. The office closes at 5, when most people are just getting off work, in the NEW toen where they work and moved. Meaning that the longer it takes to "check out" the less of your deposit you get back.
