We had a shockingly poor experience and felt compelled to share the truth this company will hide from you.Severe Building Issues: A full third of the storage building is unusable due to serious damp problems. If you store your belongings—especially clothes—there, they will get moldy. This is a critical flaw they do not disclose upfront.Uninformed & Incompetent Staff: The office staff seemed to have no training or knowledge of their own policies. It was like they had never worked there before. At every stage, we encountered complete incompetence.Terrible Management: When we went to cancel, the manager was outright arrogant and rude. We asked if we needed to sign anything to cancel for the next month and were told, "No, everything is taken care of. 2 months later we finally have half of the deposit back. Just terrible service and knowledge about their own product.Terrible Value: Despite being the most expensive storage option in the Vilanova area, they offer the worst service. You are paying a premium for neglect and incompetence.Do not make the same mistake we did. Go literally anywhere else. We highly recommend checking out Zebra Storage instead.AND now to prove the ´waste of space´ you will read a generic social media response thanking me for me feedback.Your response is generic and typical of the terrible standards that you operate in. your staff are incompetent and i see this also flows to your social media response. Seems as this pos has hit home to a lot of people. You are not transparent and very shady exactly like my experience with blue space.

It's getting worse all the time. There are constant problems with the access points, always on Sundays, for whatever reason. The trolleys for moving things are in terrible condition. Outside of office hours, there's absolutely no one to turn to if something goes wrong. The prices increase significantly, month after month, for no apparent reason. We're looking for another storage unit. Don't fall for the misleading advertising they put everywhere: the discount might be for the first month, but they'll quickly charge you a hundred times the original price. They say that if one customer leaves, there are more waiting. Until there are none left, because of their appalling service.
