I rented with Jose in La Chana for a year. He was friendly and always willing to provide excellent service. Closing the contract was simple, quick, and formal. 100% recommended. The storage units are just the right size for organizing things you don't have space for at home. Thank you.
The experience was very good. The storage unit is at street level, there's parking in front, it was clean, and the size was as agreed. They have a two-wheeled cart available for use. Communication with the owner was good, both via WhatsApp and phone.
I'd never rented a storage unit before, and Trasteros Granada took that fear away. The owner's service was excellent and very attentive; I haven't had any problems. I found the place clean and well-maintained, and the right size for my needs.I highly recommend them and would hire them again if I needed them. Great work.
