An effective and trustworthy company, and thanks to its opening hours, it offers great security, unlike other places in Alicante where customers enter at all times and the wrong people sneak in. Highly recommended, and the staff is attentive.
They haven't notified anyone or sent emails to let me know, and I came today to pick up materials to start a project and put up a sign saying they're going on vacation from today, the 18th, until August 28th, and they haven't even bothered to let me know they're closing. Pathetic.
The website's opening hours don't match reality. You might go there and find the storage unit closed. We rented a van for a move, checked the opening hours, and when we arrived to load our belongings, we were surprised to find it was already closed.
My experience here has been pretty bad, except for the staff there (the receptionists), who are quite kind and friendly. In October/November, there was a storm and my storage unit flooded and damaged quite a few things. After trying to get them to transfer me through the insurance company, the expert called me one day and made the assessment for just 100 euros... Anyway, in February, when I saw that I hadn't received the money, I called Mapfre, and they told me the payment was made on the 4th, and I have to make countless calls until I get those 100 euros because it seems like it's hard for the boss or whoever... If I hadn't been on their backs and being so annoying, I'd still be waiting for payment today, March 8th... 4 months later.
