Rented a box yesterday, next day the other customer parked and didn’t give a chance to offloading my staff and had an argument with me and my husband as we asked him to move. The argument turned in calling a police but the worse part is that woman that works there turned a friend of that or as she said old customer and your basically noone here… and scared me to cancel my contract as im wrong and I should go and apologize. The other man was screaming that i couldn’t hear myself. Ridiculous and the woman happily got me my 200€ back and didn’t care… called the boss told her own story and thats it. If your not speaking Spanish its not for you there…
We found Keepy to be very professional. Their facility in Estepona is easily accessible, anytime, is spotless and very secure. They were easy to deal with and very helpful. The storage units are also to a very high standard, are goods were perfect after a year of storage.
Great storage location, well organized and easy access. The only reason I do not give five is that it is a little challenging to park a car as it is in the centre of Estepona but you can park inside. Well managed, easy to open with a card and good coomunication with the staff. I can recommend to anyone.
