I asked for a price, and they can't even answer. So what kind of service will they offer if you hire them?

Bad start. I've been waiting for over an hour due to a problem with Alkila's storage unit management. I can't access my unit; there's no one in the store, even though it's an opening day, and I'm waiting to be helped. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT!!!
