I'd give them 6 stars for several reasons: first, the location is clean, well-lit, safe, with materials in good condition, video surveillance, and easy access. Second, the booking process was quick, they explained everything well and advised me on which product to choose (you never know how much your belongings are carrying). The moving company they recommended was impeccable. But most importantly, every time I had an emergency with keys, they were kind and prompt in helping me. The time I left my storage unit (due to moving to another autonomous region), I left the keys 900 km away, and not only did they answer my messages at 10 PM on a Friday, but my colleague got up at 9 AM on Saturday to check if there was a spare key. She lives an hour from Barcelona, ​​and the same thing happened. I've rarely seen such dedication in service. I'm very grateful, and I highly recommend them!
