They are a disgrace, and they refused to give me a complaint form, which is unacceptable. I called many times to ask what time the artist was performing, and they always told me 10 or 11 at night, but he showed up at 1:30 in the morning. If I had known the truth about the event, which was by this Carlitos guy who, by the way, never showed up with my money, I wouldn't have attended. I would have sold the tickets, that's all. But not with a bunch of lies. In the end, the Eden nightclub didn't give me a complaint form, and the organizers didn't give me either. They're good enough to be sued, and Eden is washing their hands of it, while the organizers are playing dumb to avoid giving me any refunds. They are terrible at organizing events. It was my first time going, and it will be my last. The way they lie to you on the phone is awful; I left disappointed. I hope this singer comes back with another organization so I can have the pleasure of seeing him because with you, it was a total disaster.

My wife went to a Nelson Velázquez concert. The venue was small for such a well-known artist, and tickets were oversold. Due to the size of the venue and the large crowd, it was impossible to use the bathroom or order at the bar. The event was scheduled to open at 10:00 PM and was delayed until 11:30 PM.

Reading all the previous reviews, they're not wrong about anything. It took two hours for the concert to start, and by the way, it was so crowded, and the venue wasn't suitable for so many people, and there wasn't even air conditioning. They just want to make a profit instead of providing good service and quality.

We were going to a concert and the doors were supposed to open at midnight...It was pouring with rain and they didn't open until 12:30, and people were getting wet... I think it's disrespectful... Very poor organization by the person in charge.On the other hand, the sound was horrible; I couldn't understand a thing from the singer... It was unbearable.I also have to say that I found the club staff to be quite decent.In short, I'll never go to a concert at this place again...
