Incorrect opening hours! The times listed here refer to the office in Neu-Anspach, not the hall in Usingen. Access there is only possible Mon & Wed 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. and Tues, Thurs & Fri 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. – and only by appointment. This is not very customer-friendly for 2025: Working people have virtually no flexibility in using their box. Modern providers have long offered standard features such as video surveillance and 24/7 access via PIN – unfortunately, this is not the case here.UPDATE: Thank you for your feedback. To clarify: The times you mentioned are office hours in Neu-Anspach; the restricted access times mentioned above apply to Usingen. Price differences aside, the information on Google Maps should be correct, otherwise it is misleading. Furthermore, the price justification is incorrect – most providers are on average about €20 cheaper per month for the same space and also offer 24/7 access with video surveillance.
