Incorrect opening hours! The times listed here refer to the office in Neu-Anspach, not the facility in Usingen. Access to the Usingen facility is only possible on Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM – and only by appointment. This is hardly customer-friendly for 2025: working people can't use their storage unit flexibly. Modern providers have long offered standard features like video surveillance and 24/7 access via PIN – unfortunately, these are not available here.UPDATE: Thank you for your feedback. To clarify: The times you mentioned are office hours in Neu-Anspach; the restricted access times mentioned above apply to Usingen. Price differences aside, the information on Google Maps should be correct, otherwise it's misleading. Furthermore, the price justification is flawed – most providers offer the same space for an average of about €20 less per month and also provide 24/7 access with video surveillance.
