Excellent service; the owners are easily reachable, respond promptly, and offer helpful tips for making the best use of the storage units. Everything is dry and clean, and trolleys, a hand truck, and a ladder are provided. Even a unit swap was arranged at short notice: Highly recommended!
I stored part of my household belongings with Bunkerbox for almost five years and was completely satisfied. Friendly service, a technically and visually flawless building and storage unit, easily accessible thanks to the elevator and parking right outside.Cancellation at the end was straightforward.There's really nothing to complain about; if I need to store anything again, I would choose Bunkerbox without hesitation.
Renting was incredibly easy, as were canceling and getting the deposit back.Contact was always very friendly and helpful.The storage units are very clean, as is the entire building; you can store your belongings here without any worries. I would definitely rent there again, simply fantastic :)
