Now that's what I call service! I forgot my phone in a taxi, and the woman at reception went to such lengths to ensure I could pick it up that same afternoon. I'm used to seeing someone call you directly to say they had a smaller, cheaper box available. It's usually the other way around – wonderful people who are still available to answer questions personally. That's really valuable.
