A shoe store with a very comprehensive and diverse selection. The price-performance ratio is excellent, and they also offer special discounts. The staff is very friendly and the service is highly customer-oriented. The product displays could be a bit clearer in some areas. I'd gladly shop there again!
No competent staff. I was there during a promotion and asked if a boot in a different size than advertised was available and if I could remove the insole for orthotic inserts. None of the women were able to help me. They said they couldn't order the shoe because of the promotion. When I wanted to check about the insole, she kept saying the shoe was too small and carried it around with her. I was aware of this. I just wanted to reach inside to see if the insole could be removed. I also looked for pumps and flat shoes to wear with dresses. I couldn't find a single nice style, and none of them had removable insoles. This is the most unfriendly and incompetent store I've ever encountered. I'm curious to see when it will close down if there's no qualified staff to help. It only takes one competent person to succeed.
One customer had his backpack taken away while he was shopping, while other customers were allowed to keep the huge shopping bags and backpacks with them. Even though I showed my disability card, my backpack was taken away from me. I think this is a disgrace when I have a proven illness and is discriminatory towards people with disabilities, and it represents unequal treatment of customers. The employees have zero understanding. I will definitely not shop there again. If I could, I would give it zero stars.
A great selection of men's, women's, and children's shoes. There are always great seasonal promotions and often good deals. There's also great clothing, handbags, and accessories. The sales staff are very friendly and helpful. There's plenty of parking.
