Oh boy, what a mess I got myself into. I still regret renting a storage unit here. I booked and paid for six months, reserving it for emergencies, but never used it and never even went there.After canceling, they asked me to take a photo for the return process. Sure, I understand. I went there for the first time, and what did I find? My unit with the number I'd been given didn't even exist. I had someone else confirm this. I also made a video.I informed the Storebox team, and they replied that I had to fill out a legally binding declaration stating that I left the unit completely empty. Obviously, I can't sign something that doesn't exist.I keep trying to get customer service to explain, but they always respond with the same email about the declaration.I don't mean to be insulting, it's not like me, but I certainly have enough to say in recognition of the team's performance 😊I'll have to consult a lawyer.Sorry, but only one star.

Positive: Quick access, easy to bookNegative: The customer service... wants to switch to a larger storage unit that's almost three times as expensive, and for six months instead of three, and the hotline can't help. I wrote an email, but unfortunately, nothing happens except that they forward it. :(
